Utilities & Fees

Monthly Utility Billing

Utility statements are mailed out at the beginning of the month for services used in the prior month.  For example, if you are receiving a bill in June, it is for the water you used in May.  If you prefer to have your monthly statement emailed rather than mailed, please call us at City Hall and we'll help you set that up.  Your monthly statement will include fees for the following items:  water, sewer, garbage drive-by, LPRW connection and street fund.  It will also include late fees if balances are not paid before they are due.

EFT Option
If you prefer to have your bill automatically paid from a checking or savings account, rather than dropping off/sending in a check every month, you will love our EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) option.  If you enroll in the EFT program, you will receive notice of the amount due via email. On or around the 20th of the month, the amount due on your notice will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. In order to enroll in the EFT program, please complete our EFT Application (don't forget to include a voided check).  In order to read your emailed water bill, you must have Adobe Reader installed on your device.  Click the following link for directions on how to download the software:

City Fees & Service Rates
Water and sewer rates are increasing effective July 1.  Our 2024 Fee schedule includes fees for the following:  licenses, permits, Street Fund, Water, Sewer, Refuse, the swimming pool, the campground, and parks.
